Who we are
This website is operated by StartCraft (“we”, “us”), which offers Clear Trial. For any question about your personal data, contact us at jm@startcraft.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the “Request a free test & pricing” form:
- your name, company, work email and (optionally) phone number;
- your organisation type, the number of protocols you draft per year and the requirements you describe.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and all its files (including fonts) are served from our own host.
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your request: to contact you, set up a free test and send you pricing. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree (United States) receives the form and forwards it to us by email.
- Render (United States) hosts this website.
Where these providers process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to two years after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, in which case it becomes part of our customer records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or receive a copy of it, by writing to jm@startcraft.co.uk. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
